Job Description

We're recruiting for Supplier Relationship Managerto join us. We're offering a competitive base salary and great benefits package.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a procurement professional to advance their career and take on a role with huge scope and importance. You'll play a key role in helping us to mature the function as you can influence the direction of policy and the way that we operate. You'll have lots of autonomy and variety with your day-to-day work, giving you a sense of ownership, and the freedom to be curious and bring new ideas to the table. What you'll be doing:
  • Managing relationships with Technology or Asset Management suppliers
  • Ensuring full compliance to Supplier Relationship Management policy, standards, and processes
  • Implementation of the Supplier Management strategy and proposition across a portfolio of Legal & General suppliers
  • Benchmarking new and existing services to ensure that commercial terms are appropriate and fit for purpose
  • Conducting regular reviews of contract service performance
  • Supporting with contract negotiations and renewals for in-scope suppliers
  • Leading dispute resolution with appropriate parties to ensure all contractual disputes are fully resolved in a timely manner
Qualifications

Who we're looking for:
  • Ideally you will have Technology or Asset Management related SRM experience
  • Proven commercial experience gained from a supplier/vendor management supply chain, category management, or business development background
  • You'll be proficient in SRM best practices and strategies
  • Ability to influence others with a collaborative, inclusive and engaging style with a practical, approach to delivering successful, collaborative outcomes to support evolving business needs
