The Supply Chain Administrator role is to support the Supply Chain Manager. Working with shipping lines, freight forwarders, suppliers, colleagues and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Business ensuring that requests are made to suppliers and shipping providers.
- Support the business in shipping administration.
- Ensure that Clearance Documents are prepared in a timely manner.
- Generate and distribute reports internally and customers where necessary.
- Sending purchase orders
- Forecasting for stock using seasonality.
Desired Qualities:
- Understanding workings of ERP systems.
