Sales Administrator
Location: Leeds
Salary: £26,000
Hours: Full-time, Office-Based | Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
I’m currently working with a successful and well-established manufacturing business in Leeds to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The role is fully office-based and ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, communication, and providing excellent support to a busy sales team.

Key responsibilities:
Processing sales orders and managing CRM data
Providing administrative support to the sales team
Liaising with customers and internal departments
Preparing quotes, invoices, and tracking deliveries
Handling general office duties and assisting with reporting
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in a sales admin or similar office support role
Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
Organised, proactive, and able to prioritise tasks effectively
