Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire supply chain process, from procurement to delivery, ensuring products reach customers accurately and on time.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to maintain a smooth flow of materials and finished products.
  • Monitor inventory levels, identify potential risks within the supply chain, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, customer service, and operations, to ensure efficient processing and delivery of customer orders.
  • Analyse data and trends to pinpoint areas for process improvement, cost reduction, and enhanced efficiency within the supply chain.
  • Manage order fulfilment, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery in accordance with customer requirements and expectations.
  • Maintain and update the supply chain management system, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of all activities and inventory.
  • Address disruptions in the supply chain proactively, such as delays or shortages, and implement effective solutions.
  • Work with senior leadership to introduce strategic changes and improvements across the supply chain, focusing on scalability and growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Experience in a supply chain or logistics role is essential.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to collaborate with internal and external teams.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets, Excel, and IQ Intact (or similar ERP systems).
  • Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of supply chain processes.
  • Ability to manage costs and improve processes.
  • GCSE-level qualification in English and Maths.
  • Passion for supply chain management.
