We are recruiting for an award-winning and a leading company for lunch-ware and dinnerware. Specialised in kids & adults licensed mealtime products. They are based in West Drayton the Supply Chain Executive is office based, the salary is £28-32K DOE.

OVERALL JOB PURPOSE
  • Maintain Optimal Stock Levels
  • Responsible for End to End Logistics of Manufactured Products
  • Monitor and Improve Performance of Logistics Providers
  • Maintain Quality and Compliance of, and Information on Manufactured Products
  • Maintain and Update Product Costing Models
  • Maintain Goods Supplier and Logistics Supplier Relationships
  • Support Head of Department in New Product Development, Development of Supply Chain and other Ad Hoc Work related to Supply Chain, Logistics and Procurement
  • Support Head of Department with Major Logistics Supplier Relationships
  • Support Head of Department with Major Goods Supplier Relationships

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • 2-3 years Supply Chain experience
  • Experience of Warehouse and Freight Management
  • Experience of building costing and pricing models
  • Experience of Critical Path & Project Software (eg- Wrike/Trello) desirable
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
  • Stock Level Management & Demand Planning
  • Freight Management & Global Logistics
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel
  • Critical Path Management
  • Maintain and Improve Key Supplier Relationships & Performance
  • Negotiation Skills
  • Sourcing products and manufacturers
  • Effective Liaison with Internal team & External Stakeholders
  • Arranging product and factory QC inspections
  • Ensuring product compliance
