Supply Chain Manager Import Exports

I am currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Manager for an expanding retail and ecommerce business. .

They are looking for someone to manager a team of 3 in Imports and then manage the supply chain.

• Liaising with our DC's , shipping companies, customers, suppliers and international partners to organise collection of goods, ensuring the import / export processes and documentation adheres to current import / export regulations.
• Manage necessary inbound documentation according to the partner/country specifications, ensuring relevant deadlines are met.
• Ensure execution of relevant Certificate of Origin paperwork is completed in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate export / import records for all international shipments and support HMRC audits.
• Ensure UK Customs regulations are complied with across the company policy and procedures.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with international partners/ freight forwarders. Ensuring strong communication with all internal teams.
• Advise internal teams specifically on current export / import regulations, ensuring business objectives are met and resolving relevant customs query matters.
• Provide updates on export / import policies and procedures.

Looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years in supply chain with some Import knowledge and experience.
