What will you do?

• Responsible for the demand planning file, aligning historical order patterns with sales forecasts ensuring stock levels are well maintained and updated
• Oversee the inventory level in all directions and distributor warehouses (UK, Netherlands, and Spain) and ensure the optimal stock level is maintained to provide great customer service and minimize SLOB
• Chair monthly S&OP to improve inventory and SKU efficiency for wholesale billing units
• Align purchase orders with centralized procurement
• Obtain Sales forecasting from the Sales Team and work through to manage forecasting, new hotel opening orders, and production planning with manufacturing partners
• Responsible for Operational Management of our distributors in Europe, UK & USA
• Maintain a relationship with all 3PL warehouses
• Oversee and Support Customer Success team on performance and queries

What will you need

• Loyal service history in supply chain management role
• Working knowledge of SAP
• Solid experience on 3PL and warehouse management is a must
• Global supply chain and freight forwarding knowledge
