Supply Class Teacher - Fallowfield Manchester

Educate GM is looking for daily supply teachers to join their South Manchester supply network. The role will cover EYSF, KS1 and KS2.

You will need good knowledge of the National Curriculum, great behaviour management and the ability to adapt quickly to the class. As a supply teacher, you will be expected to deliver a pre-prepared lesson plan whilst the regular Class Teacher is absent. You will gain a wealth of experience delivering in a variety of schools around the Fallowfield and South Manchester region whilst also gaining flexibility to your working week.

We pay a competitive rate from £140 plus for ECT’s to £160-£190 plus for experienced teachers.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • QTS status - both experienced teachers and ECT's encouraged to apply
  • Experience in teaching in EYSF/KS1/KS2
  • Knowledge of the National Curriculum
  • Great behaviour management
  • Ability to adapt and engage an unfamiliar class
  • A genuine passion to support each child to reach their true potential
  • All candidates must have a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check (DBS)
  • Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained.
  • You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
