Are you a passionate, reliable, and flexible educator looking for a fresh opportunity this September?
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and committed Supply Teachers to join our team for the new academic year, starting September 2025. Opportunities are available across a range of primary and secondary schools in Northampton.

Whether you’re an experienced teacher looking for a better work-life balance, an ECT seeking classroom experience, or a retired educator keen to stay involved, we would love to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification

  • Experience in teaching within UK classrooms (EYFS, KS1, KS2, KS3, KS4 or KS5)

  • A flexible and positive approach to teaching

  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt quickly to different school environments

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)

What We Offer:

  • A wide variety of assignments to suit your schedule - daily, short-term, or long-term placements

  • Opportunities across mainstream and specialist settings

  • Competitive daily pay rates

  • Professional support and guidance throughout your placement

  • The chance to build valuable experience in a range of local schools

  • A welcoming and supportive community of supply staff

Whether you want to work full-time, part-time, or only a couple of days a week - we can accommodate your availability. Supply teaching is a fantastic way to remain in the profession while maintaining flexibility.
