Position: Supply Teacher
Location: In and around Ware
Type: Flexible, Temporary
Pay: £149 - £158 per day

Job Description:

Are you a dynamic and adaptable educator looking for flexible teaching opportunities? We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated supply teachers to join our team and make a positive impact in primary schools throughout Ware.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching across various subjects and age groups.
  • Adapt quickly to different school environments and classroom settings.
  • Follow lesson plans provided by the absent teacher or create engaging lessons when necessary.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Assess and report on student progress as required.
  • Uphold school policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in teaching, ideally within UK schools.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Flexibility and reliability to accept assignments on short notice.
  • An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
