Randstad Education is seeking enthusiastic and innovative ad hoc supply teachers to help primary schools with staff cover in and around the Chelmsford area. Many of our client schools are outstanding, and all provide the most supportive environments possible for pupils to learn and succeed in. They often form integral parts of diverse communities, bringing a wide mix of customs and cultures to all learners, which is an essential part of a well-rounded education.

Requirements:

  • QTS (Qualified teaching status) is essential.
  • Relevant qualifications (PGCE or similar).
  • Knowledge of primary curriculum (KS1 & KS2).
  • Previous teaching experience in the UK is required.
  • Immediate starts available.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver lesson plans in an engaging way.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Implement set plans to deliver impactful and effective lessons.
