Are you a Secondary Teacher seeking an opportunity to explore different schools in the Lincolnshire area? Do you want more flexibility in your schedule? Would you like to work in short-term or long-term placements that allow you to experience different learning environments that build your skill set?

We work with many schools across Lincoln and the Lincolnshire area that need supply teachers in the classroom!

The responsibilities of a teacher on supply are the following:

  • Deliver engaging lessons to students in various subjects that may be your specialism or more general.
  • Work in day to day, short-term, and long-term placements in schools across Lincolnshire.
  • Uphold a professional attitude in the school and follow all safeguarding policies.
  • Adapt to different learning environments.

During your time at Tradewind Recruitment, we will support you with CPD Training, Competitive pay, and your very own consultant that can assist you with any needs.

The daily rate for this role is dependent on role taken at school.

Daily supply: £125 - £150

Long-term with planning and marking: £162.31 - £223.62 (paid to scale)

The start date will be September and all roles are temporary.

  • FE Qualification/QTS
  • Experience working in schools
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Satisfactory References
  • Child only Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (Or willing to undertake one)
