Reed Education is actively seeking proactive and experienced teachers in Bromley who are enthusiastic and ready to support students across Early Years up to Primary, based on your preferences. This is an excellent opportunity for daily supply teachers who enjoy the flexibility of working in a variety of schools, with the potential to secure a permanent position if you find the right fit.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of learners.
  • Maintain a positive and conducive classroom environment.
  • Ensure continuity of education for students during staff absences.
  • Adapt teaching methods and materials to suit different learning environments and student needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience working in primary schools.
  • Nurturing and empathetic nature, with a strong ability to understand and cater to the emotional and educational needs of children.
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to different school environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with students, staff, and parents.
