Role Overview - Secondary Supply Teacher:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4 (subject specialism where possible)
- Maintain a safe and focused classroom environment
- Adapt to new schools quickly and follow each school's behaviour and safeguarding policies
- Inspire and engage students across various subject areas
- Provide feedback and support to students where needed
Requirements for a Supply Teacher:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) - essential
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Ability to teach confidently across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
- A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching
- Right to work in the UK and an enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one)
