Tradewind Recruitment jobs

Looking to continue your passion for teaching but be able to pursue other hobbies and ambitions too? Look no further - Tradewind can help you do both!

Have you ever considered supply teaching to support work life balance in the Education profession and pursue other activities/hobbies that you've been putting off for some time?

Here at Tradewind, we support many teachers working on a flexible basis across Early Years, KS1 and KS2. We ask for a commitment of at least 2-3 days per week and more often than not can provide advanced bookings so you know the placement location, way ahead of time.

Across Tameside and Glossop, we work with a fantastic range of schools, from small leafy schools to larger inner-city schools which each provide different challenges and rewards. Having built strong relationships with our schools, they are very supportive and welcoming of supply staff and will regularly ask for our candidates back.

Supply teaching is a great way of continuing to make a difference to the lives and learning for children, whilst simultaneously freeing up your own time for personal pursuits. With an online calendar, there is no easier way to take ownership of when you can or can't work and we are always on the other side of the phone to provide support, guidance and a professional, efficient service.

We offer competitive rates of pay (Up to £160 per day) in return for your hard work and our google reviews speak volumes with how we support our candidates that register.

If you would like a further chat about supply, some of the schools we work with and how I can support you in this moving forward, please don't hesitate to reach out.
