Support Worker

Join one of our wonderful, dedicated care homes as a Carer, where you’ll provide compassionate care for two young adults in a supportive and welcoming environment with another Carer at your side.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support Independence: Encourage and support the young adults in pursuing their interests and activities.
• Health Monitoring: Observe and report on health conditions, administer medication.
• Engagement: Foster a warm and engaging atmosphere, building meaningful relationships.
• Household Tasks: Help with meal preparation, cleaning, and other domestic duties.

We’re seeking someone who is:
