Vibrance has an exciting opportunity for a Support Worker to join our exceptional team in Braintree. You will join us on a 22 hour per week part-time, permanent basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of £13,780 per annum (£23,177 pro-rata), plus benefits.

About the Support Worker role:

Cressing Road provides supported living care to 8 people with a learning disability who have a high degree of daily living skills.

We’re looking for a Support Worker who wants to make a real difference by joining a team that takes a refreshing approach to care.

You'll be responsible for empowering resident’s independence in their home and in the community, assisting with daily living skills e.g. cooking, house-keeping, finances, medication. As well as being able to work as part of a team, understanding lone-working, working on own initiative and dealing with situations as they arise.

We welcome candidates with and without experience, as we provide a high standard of training to all staff.

Working hours:

22 hours a week plus voluntary overtime available.
