Join our growing team! We're expanding our services with a new housing development providing vital care to individuals with additional support needs. We're seeking enthusiastic Support Workers to help deliver these new care packages.

What You'll Do:

  • Support individuals in their own homes, fostering independence and community inclusion.
  • Work with people with a variety of complex needs (including Autism, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, and Epilepsy).
  • Provide person-centered care including personal care, medication management, and health & social support.
