We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our client’s team. As a Support Worker you will provide person-centred support and care for individuals with diverse needs, ensuring their safety, well-being, and independence.
What We’re Looking For
Level 2 or above Health and Social Care
Previous experience in a similar support role is preferred
Compassion, empathy, and a respectful attitude towards individuals with diverse needs
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to promote diversity, equality and inclusion
Understanding of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable individuals

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals receiving support
Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and household tasks
Support individuals to engage in social and recreational activities
Promote independence and empowerment while respecting individual rights and choices
Implement and follow individual support plans and behaviour support strategies
Communicate effectively with colleagues, families, and external professionals
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of support provided
