Priority Healthcare have a brand new opportunity for a Complex Care Support Worker/Care Assistant looking for a new challenge in the Stockton-On-Tees area. This is an exciting opportunity to support an individual with Cerebral Palsy in a fully adapted house.
We would love to work with support workers who have previous complex care experience and are looking for a new opportunity in this sector.

Client and Role: • Our client is 10 years old and lives with cerebral palsy and epilepsy • Our client requires 2:1 support for all aspects of personal and domestic care, as well as support within the community and school and manual handling
Successful Applicant:
• Must drive and hold a Full UK license • Must have experience with complex conditions and experience in dementia is preferred • Excellent verbal communication skills • Must have experience working with children in a care setting previously
