Role: Support Workers
Location: Liverpool
Pay rate: £10.40 - £12 per hour
Hours: Full Time (40 hours) and Part Time hours available. 24/7 service - shifts are allocated Monday to Sunday

Meridian Business Support are working on behalf of a company who provide support to individuals with a learning disability, autism or mental health diagnoses, they work with a person-centred approach, supporting people to live as independently as possible for them and to access the world around them. Could you make a difference to someone’s life in a positive way! Do you have experience working as a Support Worker, either supporting adults or children with additional learning needs?

We are currently recruiting for Support Workers to join one of our client's supported living services.  What are our client looking for from their team members :
  • A passion to provide support and assistance with daily living to people with autism, mental health diagnoses and learning disabilities.
  • Support Worker - 1 years experience
  • NVQ level 2/3 in Health and Social Care (Desirable);
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively;
  • Ability to carry out personal care;
  • Ability to report on the person we supports physical and mental health condition, in a clear concise manner, both written and verbally;
  • Good hygiene and infection control skills.
