Join Ability 2 Achieve Care & Support Limited as a Support Worker and be part of a team dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities. You will provide high-quality care and support in a variety of settings.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide person-centered support and assistance.

· Foster a safe and supportive environment.

· Implement individual care plans.

· Support with personal care and daily living tasks.

· Maintain accurate records and documentation.

The Person

· Previous experience of working with complex behaviour would be an advantage but not essential as training is provided.

· Passion for helping others and making a difference.

· Patience and understanding.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Full-time hours: 37.5 per week

Salary: £12.00 per hour
