Role: Support Workers
Location: Weymouth, Dorset 
Rate: £12 per hour 

Meridian Business Support are working on behalf of a large healthcare company.  Due to expansion they require additional Support Workers to care for and support their residents in their care homes. 

As a Support Worker, you will be working as part of a focused team in maintaining the personal care needs of their residents, respecting their dignity and promoting their independence at all times. You will also ensure that our care services are of a consistently high standard and help in caring for their residents, and undertake other general day-to-day activities in their homes.

Skills and attributes
  • A caring and patient nature.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to work well under pressure.
  • Previous experience as a carer is preferred
