Job Summary
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting individuals with their daily activities, promoting independence, and ensuring their overall well-being. You will work closely with service users, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver tailored support that meets individual needs.

Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, while respecting dignity and privacy.
Assist with meal preparation and feeding where required.
Support individuals with mobility and the use of mobility aids.
Administer medication following care plans and company guidelines.
Encourage and support participation in social and recreational activities.
Accompany service users to appointments, community outings, and social engagements.
Provide emotional support and companionship.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, healthcare professionals, and family members to ensure a high standard of care.
Uphold safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the safety of all service users.

Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
A caring, patient, and empathetic nature.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A willingness to undertake training and continuous professional development.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
Right to work in the UK.
