Supported Housing Officer (£20,157 for 20 hours per week, £37,291 full-time equivalent)

Job Role

We are looking for a supported housing officer to provide housing management support to residents living in our schemes.

You will need to have a good understanding of housing management and delivering a positive customer-focused service as well as good IT skills.

You’ll be self-motivated and have experience of establishing effective relationships with residents, stakeholders and external agencies. You will be calm, particularly in stressful situations and you’ll need to be highly organised, innovative and flexible.
