We are looking for a diligent Surveyor who is proficient at managing public sector construction projects. The ideal candidate should be adept at overseeing all aspects of the surveying of Social Housing Stock.

Description

  • Conduct comprehensive land and building surveys
  • Use sophisticated measuring instruments and mapping software
  • Prepare detailed reports and diagrams for construction projects
  • Collaborate with engineers and architects during the planning stage
  • Ensure compliance with construction regulations and standards
  • Determine precise locations for construction activities
  • Assist in budget preparation and project scheduling
  • Resolve any surveying issues that may arise

Profile

A successful Surveyor should have:

  • An educational qualification in Surveying or a related discipline
  • Proficiency in using surveying instruments and software
  • Solid knowledge of construction regulations and standards
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • A commitment to accuracy and detail
