Sustainability Analyst required on a permanent basis, based in West Midlands. Requiring proven industrial experience of analysing and reporting sustainability metrics and Eco Vadis reporting.

Title: Sustainability Analyst

Location: West Midlands

Salary: £32,500 - £38,500 (dependent on experience)

Term: Permanent

SRG are currently working with a global and innovative business who have been producing speciality chemicals and additives for a range of diverse industries. The business is now looking for a Sustainability Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis, based at their site in West Midlands. This role will play a pivotal part in analysing and reporting sustainability metrics for the business, while spearheading their progress towards ESG objectives. Candidates who have experience of analysing and reporting metrics such as greenhouse gas principles, net zero strategies and other ESG protocols are encouraged to apply, with Eco Vadis reporting experience highly desirable.

Role Description

  • Measure, monitor, and validate metrics outlined in the business ESG program.
  • Analysing and reporting metrics such as Greenhouse Gas principles, GHG accounting, net zero strategies, United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, social value metrics, and leading ESG reporting frameworks.
  • Collaborate on Eco Vadis/Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive submissions.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Design dashboards to monitor sustainability progress.

Requirements

  • Degree in a scientific discipline
  • Proven industrial experience of analysing and reporting metrics such as Greenhouse Gas principles, GHG accounting, net zero strategies, United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, social value metrics, and leading ESG reporting frameworks
  • Strong multitasking abilities, meeting tight deadlines, and effectively communicating insights to stakeholders.
  • Design dashboards to monitor sustainability progress.
