Sustainability Consultant (IES) - Remote

This is an excellent opportunity to join an industry-leading organisation in the construction and energy industry. You will become part of an experienced and skilled sustainability consultancy that are dedicated to providing the best quality service in the industry while working across a range of projects within the commercial, residential and leisure sectors.

The ideal Sustainability Consultant will have:

  • Detailed working knowledge of the current Building Regulations Part L
  • Experience within IESVE, Part O and SBEM
  • A level 4 NDEA qualification (not essential)

What the role will entail:

  • lead sustainability goals for new and existing non-domestic buildings
  • Producing energy assessments, summer overheating consultancy and general carbon reduction and sustainability reporting.
  • Assisting clients with achieving zero carbon/general ESG objectives
  • Delivering necessary level of billable work on a monthly basis
  • Assisting clients' understanding of the regulatory understanding of AD Part L, Part F and Part O
