Job Title: Sustainability Reporting Analyst (12 Month Fixed Term Contract - FTC)

Location: Flexible within the UK/EU - can be based anywhere but will be required to travel to one of many sites on an infrequent basis

About the Role: As a Sustainability Reporting Analyst, you will support the EU sustainability team in standardising CSRD and other EU sustainability data requirements. This role involves integrating the Workiva platform with global data systems to ensure compliance by FY26. You will collaborate with global sustainability, technology, and market teams to gather, analyse, and disclose necessary data, contributing significantly to our sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading ESG disclosure initiatives, organising and analysing data for sustainability reports and emissions tracking.
  • Overseeing the implementation of data systems for CSRD reporting via Workiva and other platforms.
  • Developing and maintaining internal control processes for ESG disclosures.
  • Serving as a technical expert for the ESG data platform, liaising with technical support teams.
  • Providing regular updates on project status to leadership, escalating issues and suggesting solutions.
  • Managing projects rigorously, ensuring compliance with sustainability standards.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of sustainability data, especially for CSRD.
  • Preferably experience with Workiva
  • Experience in regulatory and compliance reporting.
  • Proficiency in data management tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders.
