Hybrid role - 3 days in the London office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and Monday and Friday remote working.

Our client is a global award winning brand, offering a fantastic range of luxury products.
THE ROLE
In order to manage credit control activity within the Swedish speaking business markets (mostly to distributors, wholesalers and retailers) they are looking to recruit a Swedish speaking Credit Controller.
Working as part of their multilingual client support team, your role will include the following duties and responsibilities:
- Contact all Swedish speaking customers if balance is overdue to investigate the debt and where necessary place the account on stop
- Prepare/action Direct Debit (or equivalent) including rejections
- Cashpost all monies received on the same day
- Liaise with customers on accounts overdue and customer service issues and assist in issuing credits where needed
- Carry out monthly statement and chase letter runs or their equivalent
CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Fluency in Swedish is essential
- Previous experience in credit control, accounts or finance is a strong preference
- Demonstrate effective team working skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent eye for detail and good organisational skills
SALARY, BENEFITS, WORKING HOURS
- £28,500 pa + benefits
- Monday to Friday 9.00 - 17.00 or 8.00 - 16.00
