Swimming Instructor

Tradewind Recruitment are working alongside a SEND school in the heart of Dudley who are looking for a Swimming Coach / Instructor to start immediately.

The School caters for pupils of all ages with a variety of needs, including autism, MLD, sensory, SLD and PMLD. The school has high standards of teaching and support so are looking for a likeminded individual who would be committed to ensure that all pupils achieve their full potential.

The school have a swimming pool on site that has recently been refurbished, we are looking for someone who is flexible and enthusiastic who has experience supporting pupils with complex needs in a swimming environment.

The Successful Swimming Coach / Instructor will hold a RLSS Pool Lifeguard qualification and a minimum of an ASA level 2 swimming coaching qualifications (equivalent qualifications are also accepted). This is a full time role Monday - Friday, however happy to accept 4 days for the right Swimming Coach / Instructor.

The school is based in Dudley with great transport links and has a large onsite car park. The school is a great place to work, the staff and SLT are very supportive and encourage a creative style of teaching and support. The Salary will be dependable on experience and is negotiable for the right candidate and ongoing training will be provided with the opportunity of progressing.
