Venn Group are currently recruiting for a Switchboard Operator to be based in Huddersfield

To work 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis, shifts are also on a rota

The successful candidate must

  • Have a confident telephone manner
  • Handle a large amount of calls efficiently on a daily basis
  • Have previous customer service experience
  • Answer customer queries and direct calls to the relevant teams as required
  • Liaise with both internal and external staff/customers
