System C Project Manager

  • Be responsible for all SystemC solutions, including but not limited to Liquidlogic and ContrOCC applications.
  • Have a background of implementing large scale change in a local authority or similar organisation.
  • Provide Project Management between the supplier and the Council to enable the resolution of issues, clarity and the identification of opportunities.
  • Produce a Blueprint for how upgrades are managed and implemented across the organisation moving forward, to include organisational design and resource requirements.
  • Produce a detailed plan that outlines the steps the Council and a Supplier need to take to achieve a generic BAU Upgrade pathway for the future, to include the consideration of innovative approaches - this will involve providing a clear vision of the desired future state and a pathway to reach it.
  • Involve careful planning, coordination, ensuring that all necessary testing is undertaken by stakeholders, defects are managed, and all dependent technical change is identified and scheduled; the post-holder will lead the project ensuring scope, budget, and outcomes are delivered.
  • Ensure appropriate Project Governance and Assurance is in place.
