System Finance Supervisor

With your experience in administrating a Finance IT System you’ll be comfortable training staff of all levels in how to use the system.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the system, running reports, and ensuring compliance with government requirements.

You’ll be the lead on Income, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable and ensuing that all transactions are accurate and processed on time.

Your customer focus will be invaluable when answering a variety of customer queries and you’ll be experienced in working to deadline. In addition to this, you’ll supervise the day-to-day operations of the Systems team, providing advice and guidance to team members, motivating them, especially during periods of high work volume.

This role will be based at our Council Offices, Argyle Road, Sevenoaks Kent TN13 1HG.

We currently operate a hybrid working model for the majority of our roles where your working time will be divided between the office (2-3 days) and home working (2-3 days).
