Are you a finance professional with strong systems implementation experience? Do you thrive on process improvement, stakeholder management, and finance transformation?

Our client, a leading third-party logistics (3PL) provider, is undergoing a major finance systems upgrade and needs a Systems Accountant to act as the bridge between Finance and the project team. This is a high-impact role where you'll play a crucial part in shaping finance operations and ensuring a smooth transition.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Act as the Finance Lead for Systems Implementation – Understand finance team requirements and ensure they are effectively translated into system functionality.
  • Stakeholder Management – Work closely with finance leadership, project teams, and IT to align business needs with system capabilities.
  • Process Mapping & Governance – Develop clear documentation of finance workflows and identify areas for improvement.
  • Project Planning & Execution – Schedule system implementation tasks while balancing finance deadlines, such as budgeting cycles.
  • Push Back Where Needed – Advocate for finance priorities, ensuring the system upgrade aligns with business-critical timelines.
What We’re Looking For ? Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) – With strong finance system implementation experience.

? Systems & Process Expertise – Hands-on experience with ERP implementations, finance process mapping, and controls.
? Strong Project & Stakeholder Management – Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence key decision-makers.
? Analytical & Problem-Solving Mindset – A proactive individual who can identify risks and implement solutions.
? Finance Business Partnering Skills – Comfortable working cross-functionally to ensure finance’s needs are met.
