Systems Analyst- Pensions (DB/DC Schemes)

We are currently recruiting for a Systems Analyst with Strong Pensions experience preferably knowledge of DB/DC schemes to join one of our Insurance Clients on a 6 month contract.

Please note this role is Inside IR35 with travel to Redhill 1 -2 times a month.

Experience Required:

  • Experience in development and support of Financial Services / Insurance Applications
  • Experience as a Systems Analyst on Large projects within an insurance or pensions industry.
  • Strong Pensions experience, Ideally knowledge of DB / DC Schemes
  • Experience of using tools such as Power BI, PowerApps, Azure data warehouse, Equisoft etc
  • Excellent working knowledge of Relational Databases (to include having SQL Skills)
  • Ideally to be familiar with web architecture plus web services.
  • Skilled at producing application and business requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills with good data analysis experience.
  • Strong business/client engagement skills.
  • Subject matter expert in Insurance and/or Pensions Administration Systems. The candidate must have strong technical skills in producing solution documentation to include database design.
  • The ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities. Prepared to put in the extra effort when needed to meet challenging targets. Overcoming problems as they arise and maintaining high levels of performance when dealing with difficult and challenging work.
  • Comfortable presenting proposals by way of high-level solutions to end users and/or stakeholders.
