My client is a trusted, flexible and progressive employer within the construction industry. Due to growth, they are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the people team on a temporary to permanent basis.
They operate a hybrid working model (3 days in the office) at their offices in Trafford Park.
Your new role
As a Talent Acquisitions Coordinator, you will report into and collaborate with the TA manager to understand current and future resource requirements across the business. Your role will be responsible for coordinating all interviews, updating and maintaining the recruitment database, updating and creating engaging job descriptions, sourcing suitable candidates (LinkedIn, job boards), liaising with agencies and onboarding. The ideal candidate will have construction industry experience (however open to candidates from all sectors), confident in candidate screening and diary management.
