Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Position: Full Time
Role type: Permanent
Location: Birmingham – Longbridge
Rate: £24,779 to £27,037 per annum
The successful Talent Acquisition Coordinator will have the following skills and qualifications:
- To coordinate the recruitment process for the college, from the point of advertising through to onboarding
- To regularly be a member of the recruitment and selection panel
- To ensure equality, diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment and selection process
- Experience within a recruitment role
- CIPD Level 3 or above
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Reed Compliance
