We have proudly partnered with an international scientific research company, who are currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join the team on a remote basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business within a thriving sector and the chance to make a huge impact from day one.

Key experience required:

  • Ideally experience recruiting within a technical niche (biotech, pharma, software etc)
  • Ability to recruit internationally, e.g. US or Europe
  • Prior experience of managing a small TA team
  • Familiar with coaching stakeholder managers and reporting KPI's regarding TA effectiveness
  • Experience of using ATS data for making strategic decisions
