We are currently seeking an experienced French-speaking Recruiter to join our client’s in-house team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract.

As a dedicated member of our client’s in-house TA team, you will support their recruitment across various roles and engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Day-to-day, you will be:
- Working as a member of our client’s in-house TA team
- Supporting resourcing, CV searching, and initial telephone screening
- Partnering with stakeholders to fill a range of roles across the business
- Utilizing applicant tracking systems to work effectively within our client’s system
- Setting the example for best practices within internal processes
- Previous recruitment experience – in-house or agency
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook (experience with CRM/ATS systems is beneficial)
- Confident communication skills via phone and email
- A self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
