We are currently seeking an experienced French-speaking Recruiter to join our client’s in-house team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract.

As a dedicated member of our client’s in-house TA team, you will support their recruitment across various roles and engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
 
What You Will Enjoy Doing
If you have experience in either in-house or agency recruitment and are looking for an opportunity to gain more exposure and build on your existing specialist skillset, this could be an ideal role for you.
Day-to-day, you will be:
  • Working as a member of our client’s in-house TA team
  • Supporting resourcing, CV searching, and initial telephone screening
  • Partnering with stakeholders to fill a range of roles across the business
  • Utilizing applicant tracking systems to work effectively within our client’s system
  • Setting the example for best practices within internal processes
What You Will Bring to the Role
  • Previous recruitment experience – in-house or agency
  • Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook (experience with CRM/ATS systems is beneficial)
  • Confident communication skills via phone and email
  • A self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
