Salary: £30,000 - £32,000

Location: South Birmingham / Hybrid 2-3 days on site

8-month contract

Are you a Recruitment Advisorlooking for a new role within a large established business where there is lots to do?

Or are you aRecruitment Advisor - that loves to work in a collaborative team, juggle lots of plates, influence hiring managers and are passionate about offering a great service to your candidates?

You will love to work autonomously, take ownership and be supported by a team that is simply brilliant!

As the Recruitment Advisor you will bring expertise and influence when building relationships with Hiring Managers & have the ability to steer them into following process.

Your most critical responsibility will be to understand the recruitment demands of your business area and put in place a resourcing strategy - focusing on attraction, selection, processes, methodology.

This role is everything from taking job briefs, going out to market via social media, job boards, CV databases, to managing the candidate response, sifting through CVs, arranging interviews to offer.

This is a function that is passionate about progressing and developingas a team as well as offering a service that is first class to Hiring Managers and candidates.

Currently, either a Resourcing Specialist or a Recruitment Advisor you will have worked in a large complex business and managed high volume campaigns.

This company needs a Recruitment Advisor who is a strong influencer, commercial, and robust in challenging and working toward objectives. As an experienced recruitment professional you will be able to show you have partnered with Hiring managers, built relationships and seamlessly influenced.

This really is an exceptional opportunity that will start in August through to March 2025 - it will take you through this difficult TA market.
