Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner
Location: Flexible between locations - will need to be able to attend an office in either London, Bristol or Skipton

About the Role:

Our client, a leader in the professional services sector, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled recruitment professional with a strong background in internal recruitment, particularly within professional services or contact centre environments. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the talent acquisition process, ensuring the continued success and growth of our client's business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, ensuring all stages are executed effectively and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and provide expert advice.
  • Provide guidance and support to the recruitment team, ensuring they are equipped to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Ensure the development and maintenance of a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future needs.
  • Enhance and promote the brand to attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to advise on recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and company policies.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in internal recruitment, with a preference for experience in professional services or contact centres.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to think strategically and implement innovative recruitment solutions.
