We are currently partnering exclusively with a leading global luxury business who are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Manager, who will drive and shape the talent agenda. This is a new role for the organisation and a fantastic opportunity to join them at a very exciting time of transformation.

This role will define global talent and performance strategies, policies and frameworks, drive global implementation and build talent capability across the organisation. The Talent Manager will manage talent assessments, map talent pathways and create succession plans for individuals across the organisation. Successful delivery will require proactive engagement across the People function and a number of key business stakeholders across the full value stream of the business. The Talent Manager will be a global role and and will be instrumental in supporting with strategic workforce plans and delivering the organisation's new strategy.

Salary £80k- £100k depending on experience + excellent bonus and package. This role is London/Hybrid (3 days in the office).
