Talent Specialist - DE&I
6-9 Months
Location: West Midlands
Rate: £500 - £650 per day (Inside IR35)
This interim assignment is with a large organization where Diversity, Inclusion and Equality at the very top of the agenda, this is a business that has the desire to improve ED&I and has lots of work to do.
The business is looking to drive forward their agenda, drive real change and make a meaningful impact. My client is looking for authenticity with a track record in driving DE&I change within the L&D arena
The overall purpose of the role is to support the talent management and DE&I processes within the business across the whole employee lifecycle.
Key areas are:
- The key objective of this role is to implement and execute strategy around Diversity, Inclusion and Equality across the employee life cycle, ensure this is embedded into the business. Working closely with the Leadership team to drive through innovative and creative change.
- Assist in fostering and sustaining a clear organizational commitment to Diversity, Equality and Inclusion
- Building guidance for leaders around talent identification and management
- Keep up to date with external market trends, best practice, new trends, external networks.
- Supporting and guiding managers, creating opportunities for collaboration around a shared vision
- Driving Talent Management and succession planning initiatives to improve Diversity, Equality and Inclusion
- Coaching and advising leaders across the business
- Acting as a subject matter expert and centre of excellence in relation to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Ideal background:
This is large complex business - this role will be most suited to someone from a similar background, who has experience of navigating their way through a similar business.
You’ll have lots of experience of working with senior leaders from and L&D perspective.
You’ll be a subject matter expert on all things ED&I.
