Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum

mywork is a national recruitment agency established 5 years ago. We specialise in working with clients on an exclusive and retained basis, delivering top-tier recruitment solutions across various industries.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Talent Manager to join our team and support our growing Fintech Mortgage Brokerage client. This is a fully remote role, offering flexibility and autonomy, with periodic quarterly travel for team meet-ups and client meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various methods such as LinkedIn, Job Boards, and our Internal CRM to source high-quality candidates. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Screening Applicants: Conduct initial screenings of direct applicants to assess their qualifications and fit for the Mortgage Brokerage client. Perform thorough evaluations to ensure candidates meet the client’s requirements.
  • Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates. Provide candidates with detailed information about the job roles and the Mortgage Brokerage client.
  • Client Interaction: Work closely with the Mortgage Brokerage client to understand their hiring needs and preferences. Ensure regular communication with the client to provide updates on recruitment progress.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and statuses in the Internal CRM system. Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality regulations.
  • Performance Tracking: Track and report on key performance metrics related to sourcing and screening activities. Meet or exceed quarterly performance targets to qualify for the bonus structure.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent management, preferably within the finance or mortgage sector.
  • Excellent sourcing and screening skills with the ability to identify high-quality candidates.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Job Boards, and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel quarterly for team meet-ups and client meetings.
