The Experienced Hire recruitment team at Norton Rose Fulbright LLP is an integral part of the wider Talent and Reward team within the People and Culture function. The team is responsible for the attraction and hiring of talent across the EMEA region for Norton Rose Fulbright across legal and business services positions. The Recruitment team are passionate about identifying talent who will shape and grow our organisation of the future.
The Role
The Talent Sourcing Assistant will support the Recruitment Business Partners and Talent Sourcing Advisors to deliver a ‘best in class’ recruitment experience for candidates and internal stakeholders. You will have demonstrable experience of administration support for a busy team and be agile and proactive in your approach. With your knowledge of systems, eye for detail and outstanding organisational skills you will be part of an in-house Recruitment Team who make a significant impact on the firm through the hiring of talent.
