A prestigious management consultancy in the heart of London is seeking a Qualified Tax Manager to enhance their Finance function. The successful candidate will be the in-house expert on all tax-related matters, leading the Tax function and ensuring compliance with UK and international tax legislation.

• Lead the Tax function within the organisation, acting as the go-to expert for all tax-related issues.
• Prepare and submit UK corporation tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current legislation.
• Oversee the accurate submission of VAT returns, maintaining meticulous records and processes.
• Provide assistance with US tax matters, liaising with international teams as necessary.
• Serve as the primary contact for both direct and indirect taxation queries and requirements.
• Manage transfer pricing documentation and policies.
• Lead and maintain tax compliance across the organisation, staying abreast of legislative changes and their implications.

• Proven Group Tax experience within a multinational business environment.
• Recognised Tax qualification (e.g., ATT, CTA, or equivalent).
• Strong, up-to-date knowledge of current tax legislation, including both direct and indirect taxes.
• Ideally, some knowledge of US tax systems and requirements.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate complex tax concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
