Job Purpose
  • Support a varied tax portfolio of corporate clients, providing excellent taxation compliance and planning services
  • Review financial documents, including tax computations, to ensure the highest level of accuracy
  • Liaise with third parties to collate tax return information
  • Manage WIP and billing
  • Ensure HMRC compliance with relevant statutory requirements
  • Provide tax planning advice to minimise liabilities
  • Research regularly to interpret changes in tax laws and regulations
  • Nurture meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues alike
  • Work closely with senior management team to ensure expectations, deadlines, and budgets are met
  • Support junior staff by reviewing work and knowledge sharing
  • Champion your own professional development by undertaking progression opportunities where possible

Job Requirements
  • CTA or ATT qualified or qualified by relevant experience
  • Excellent communicator both on paper and in person
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Well organised and confident in managing own workload autonomously
  • Good at working under pressure
  • Self-motivated, professional and reliable
  • Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel etc
  • An enthusiasm to progress within the firm, undertaking continuous professional development
