Tradewind are recruiting on behalf of one of our Liverpool secondary schools who are looking for a Full-Time Teacher of Animal Care. The role is to start in September and is a permanent position.

The position will pay up to £238.59 per day, depending on experience. The successful candidate will be teaching Animal Care Management to Key Stage 4 (Year 10 and Year 11 students). You will also be required to deliver Level 2 course in Travel and Tourism.

The successful applicant will be expected to have sound subject knowledge in Animal Management and Travel and Tourism together with good behaviour management skills.

  • Teacher of Travel and Tourism at KS4 (Level 2)

The essentials:

  • QTS or equivalent
  • Experience teaching Animal Management Care.
  • Enhanced Child workforce DBS on the update service or be prepared to undertake a new one.
  • Full and complete 10-year career history
  • Minimum of 2 references including your most recent employment reference
  • Legal right to work in the UK.
