Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Business Studies to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
• Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies that cater to a diverse range of learning styles.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the business curriculum and share best practices.
• Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and events.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the business world and integrate real-world applications into the classroom.

Essential Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Demonstrable experience in teaching Business Studies at the secondary school level.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for business education.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential.
